About O'Chea Fashion
Chebra Dorsey also known as "O'Chea" began her twenty year career as a beautician out of her San Diego hair salon called Extensiones. Her upscale hair salon was built upon the simple premise of enhancing her clientele's original beauty. Chebra has devoted many years of educating her clients on maintaining healthy skin care and hair care with or without extensions. Within her community she was known for providing specialized services for former cancer patients that had experienced hair loss due to chemotherapy and radiation treatments. One of her most unique talents that she continues to promote presently was her ability to produce her ORGANIC products customized for each client's hair and skin care needs. In 2010, Chebra had birthed out her next passion within the beauty industry, the O' Chea Fashion Boutique.
The O’ Chea Fashion line is dedicated to making each woman, man and child feel beautiful, handsome and adorned to their personal style and shape-flattering best. Each garment is custom made to reflect today’s fashion trends that has been customized to a person’s style, mood, frame and taste. The O' Chea Fashion Designs continues to represent her community.
The O' Chea Fashion designs has been featured and worn in numerous fashion shows within the community of San Diego, several red carpet events within Los Angeles and has been complimented by Former First Lady Michelle Obama at the White House Dinner in D.C.
The O 'Chea Fashion Productions team is no stranger to the media. O' Chea has premiered on San Diego's Local news station KUSI and other local radio and televised programs. In addition O' Chea fashion has gain press notoriety and has appeared on the cover of FINE luxury lifestyle magazine and on the popular African American EBONY magazine.
In 2017, Chebra was awarded The Lady in Red Motion Picture Award for her success of becoming an influential woman in business in San Diego, CA. During that same year, Chebra was recognized for her efforts for designing countless gowns for numerous celebrities within the San Diego and Los Angeles area by receiving the Icon Motion Picture Multicultural Association Award that was presented by the late Director and Producer, Jarvee Hutchinson.
In 2018, Chebra Dorsey received the Presidential Lifetime Achievement Award which recognized and signed by President Donald J. Trump her for community advocacy efforts. In addition to this year, O' Chea Fashion Production will continue to grow and expand its business through radio by interviewing celebrities and discussing contemporary content on San Diego's KEPX Radio.
